After completing his Bachelor’s degree, he served as an Administrative Officer for several years in private sectors.
During his MBA, he conducted a research on “After Effects of Training on Employee Performance at National Pension and Provident Fund: Measuring the Training Effects through Employee Engagement, Employee Motivation and Job Satisfaction”.
Thus, the combination of his research, academic and industry experiences will deeply contribute to the academic and personal development of his students.
