He is an Edu-preneur with more than 12 years of combined experience in corporate and university teaching and learning. Dipan is a certified Competency-based Economy through Formation of Enterprise (CEFE) trainer in entrepreneurship development programme. He is also a visiting resource person and lead trainer in Institute of Management Studies(IMS). Further, he offers his services as a mentor and coach for budding entrepreneurs of Bhutan. Besides teaching at NRC he is the Chief Entrepreneur Officer (CEO) of StartupFirst – Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
These rich industry experiences will take learning of students outside the confines of classroom and eventually excel in academics.
