Dr.Tshering Phuntsho, currently works as a Senior Lecturer and a Programme Leader of BCom for both regular and Part Time Education (PTE). He carries more than ten years of teaching experience having worked in various schools in Bhutan.

As a part of his MBA Degree, he worked as a consultant of Bhutan Telecom and developed a marketing strategy. In 2022, he also completed PgCert in Education from Samtse College of Education.
Dr. Tshering completed his Doctoral Studies in 2022 from Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University, India.
With his varied exposure and experience in the field of Education, Dr. Tshering Phuntsho will contribute to the academic growth of Norbuling Rigter College.
