Dr. Narendra Y. Rajeshirke has been working in the field of Higher Education in India for the last 35 years in different prominent academic, research and administrative capacities. Before joining as Professor in Norbuling Rigter College, he worked as an Associate Professor & Head, Department of Commerce in Vivekanand College of Commerce, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. He has coordinated different courses like B.B.A., B.C.A., M.COM and MBA.

He completed his Bachelor Degree in Advanced Accountancy and Post-Graduation in Cost Accounting from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He is also a recognized research guide for doctoral and Post Graduate students at Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Further, he carries with him consulting experiences as he consulted for Kolhapur Municipal Transport Corporation.

Dr. Narandra was Chairman of the Board of Studies in Business Management Faculty of Commerce in Shivaji University and has contributed in different capacities as an Academic Council Member, Member, Finance and Accounts Committee and Member, Research & Recognition Committee. He also served as a Member of Board of Studies of other Universities from India.

Dr. Narendra Rajeshirke can contribute immensely for the all-round development of the students studying at Norbuling Rigter College with his 35 years of tertiary teaching experience.
