Honourable Lyonchhen Dr. Lotay Tshering visited NRC in the afternoon of 4 November 2019. His Excellency had interactions with the students, staff and faculty on the future of the tertiary education in Bhutan and the role of faculty and staff in preparing responsible youths.
His Excellency also advised the students to be forward looking by staying abreast with the topical happenings outside the confines of the classroom.
The quintessence of His Excellency’s address will serve as a point of reference for aligning the strategic plans of NRC with the policies of the Royal Government of Bhutan as well as the Bhutanese and global job market scenario.
