Norbuling Rigter College conducted Student Leaders Election for the July 2018 to June 2019 Academic Year on 8 June 2018. The categories of student leaders elected are Student Presidents, Resident Coordinators, Games and Sports Coordinators, Mess Representatives and Prayers coordinators from both boys and girls. They will be briefed on their roles and responsibilities and report to college few days earlier to coordinate the arrival of new cohorts.
