Mrs. Pema Choden has MBA (Finance) from Gedu College of Business Studies. She completed BCom in Accounting from the same college.

After completing her MBA (Finance), Pema worked as part-time audit associate in Tshechu Associates, Thimphu and audited few NGOs in Thimphu. Prior to joining NRC, she worked as Assistant Manager (Stores) in Tashi Metals Private Limited (Phuntsholing). Pema has rich experience in Inventory Management System (SAP).
She also completed Summer Research Capacity Development Program (SRCDP-2021) jointly organised online by University of Buraimi, Al-Buraimi, Oman & Modern College of Business and Science, Muscat, Oman.
She conducted research on “Impact of Non-performing Loans on the Profitability of Bhutan National Bank Limited (BNBL)’’ as a part of her MBA.
With her rich industrial experience and research aptitude, Pema will enrich the academic and personal development of her students.
