Ms. Khagi Maya Dhakal is keen on conducting research. Her recent research papers are on “Effects of Training on Employee Performance: Measuring the Training Effects through Employee Engagement, Employee Motivation, and Job Satisfaction” and “Impact of COVID-19 on Education in Bhutan”.
She also participates actively in voluntary social work.
Her experience in teaching and voluntary activities will enhance learning of students.
