Her expertise spans across multiple areas, including Finance, Management, and Marketing, which she imparts to students at the tertiary level.
In addition to her academic role, Ms. Dawa is a certified trainer in entrepreneurship, a field in which she is passionate about. As an entrepreneurship trainer, she conducts a range of training sessions and workshops designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the practical tools and knowledge they need to launch and manage businesses.
Ms. Dawa joined Norbuling Rigter College (NRC) in 2019, bringing with her valuable experience in tertiary education. With a strong background in teaching and a commitment to student development, she has played an important role in enhancing the learning experience at NRC.
