The Executive Director of Bhutan Media Foundation Needrup Zangpo talked to the students and staff of Norbuling Rigter College on “Social Media: Bane or Boon”. It educated the audience on their duties of being responsible social media consumers. There were also discussions on ethics of what to post and the bane and boon of social media in the Bhutanese and global setting. The audience enjoyed and found the interactive talk an eye-opening for them to become ethical and responsible users and consumers of social media. The talk was hosted by Sr. Lecturer Sourav Basu in the afternoon of 15 May 2019.
