Mr. Jamtsho holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Gedu College of Business Studies, Royal University of Bhutan, under the RGoB Scholarship. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with a major in Finance from the same institution. To further enhance his academic qualification in higher education, he has completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PgCHE) and is currently pursuing his PhD in Management.

With over six years of teaching experience at the tertiary level, Mr. Jamtsho has been actively involved in academia, teaching Finance, Research, and Management related modules while integrating theoretical knowledge with practical applications. Beyond academia, he has diverse industry experience across corporate and private sectors. As part of his MBA program, he worked as a consultant for Construction Development Corporation Limited (CDCL), where he designed a Training Needs Assessment Model for the organisation. After graduation, he underwent training on Capacity Building in Agriculture in Israel under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. He has also worked as an Assistant Accountant in a private tour agency and as a freelance cultural tour guide. Mr. Jamtsho is also an active freelance trainer, conducting professional development sessions in Finance, Business strategy, and Leadership. His strong academic background, combined with hands-on industry exposure, allows him to bridge the gap between education and real-world applications, making learning more engaging and impactful for students.
