Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Kelzang Wangchuk gained teaching experience as a substitute teacher at Lungtenzampa Middle Secondary School in Thimphu for 6 months, followed by 3 years at Sarpang Middle Secondary School, Sarpang, and one and half years at Sherubtse College, Kanglung. He has contributed to academic discourse through his research paper titled, “Quest for Identity: A Thematic Analysis of Aravind Adiga’s ‘The White Tiger’,” as a part of his Honors project at Sherubtse College.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kelzang Wangchuk has served in various roles such as Semester Guide, ASC Coordinator, and Moderation Team Member, showcasing his commitment to academic excellence and administrative responsibilities.

Mr. Damcho Gyeltshen has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Stamford International University Member of Laurate, Thailand. He initially started his career as an instructor, temporary teacher, focal person for NFE, administrative assistant, operation manager and finally as a chief executive officer. He had served in various capacities in different organizations over the last fourteen years.

Mr. Damcho Gyeltshen has attended diverse and relevant online education and training courses on Introduction to business management, from Kings College, London, Climate change and sovereign risk from Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), Introduction to sustainable finance from UN, Teaching English in foreign language (TEFL) provided by Professional Teacher Record Institute, Introduction to sustainable development in Asia and the Pacific from Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), Cluster-base in-service program for teaching aids, tools, methodology and lesson planning, Fundamentals of digital marketing from Google digital garage, Leadership in fleet management acquired through training from UNICEF, and Marketing as value creation acquired through google digital Garage.

He has published a journal on “Political marketing plan” in International Journal of Engineering Applied Science and Technology.

During his career, Damcho Gyeltshen worked as focal person for Non-formal education center (NFE), Chairperson for HRC Committee, focal person for gender equality and prevention of sexual harassment in workplace, Administrative head for training programs, financial and management head of the company, among others.
