Mr Sonam Wangchuk (HR Manager of Aman Kora) assisted by Pema Rinzin (HRO of Paro Aman Kora) talked on opportunities and challenges of working as a Human Resource professional. It was organized by Sr. Lecturer Sourav Basu as a part of Fundamentals of Human Resource Management (HRM 201) with the aim of creating opportunities for students to meet people from the Industry and interact with them. Such initiatives are a part of NRC way of taking teaching and learning outside the confines of classroom and meant to expose students to the job market and prepare them for it.
