About the Library
The NRC library is committed to foster information literacy and enhance teaching, learning and research programmes of the staff and students by maintaining and providing high quality learning resources and services. Our collections are used to maximum advantage to support the teaching and learning of the faculty and students. Norbuling Rigter College Library System is powered by KOHA which is a full-featured open-source ILS.

The library has a collection on diverse subjects. Currently, it holds over 10000+ volumes of books and other materials and has access to online resources from Research4Life.
