Norbuling Rigter College

Clubs and Forums

Student-led clubs and forums fostering leadership, collaboration, creativity, and meaningful engagement beyond the classroom experience.

Forum for Student Voice (FSV)

At Norbuling Rigter College, students actively shape their academic and campus experience through the Forum for Student Voice (FSV)—the highest student representative body.

Led by the Student President and a team of dedicated leaders, FSV provides a platform for students to express ideas, raise concerns, and contribute to key institutional decisions. The Student President ensures that student perspectives are effectively communicated to the College Management Team (CMT), strengthening collaboration between students and administration.

Guided by a Staff Advisor, the forum remains dynamic, inclusive, and impactful.

Student Clubs & Communities

Student life at NRC extends far beyond the classroom. The college encourages student-led clubs and forums that promote collaboration, creativity, and leadership.

From academic and cultural interests to social impact and personal development, these communities create meaningful opportunities for engagement and growth. The FSV regularly reviews and recommends clubs to ensure their relevance and impact, with final support provided by the College Management Team.

Rigter LINK

Rigter LINK is a vibrant fortnightly gathering that brings together students and faculty to connect, reflect, and grow.

Rooted in values of wisdom, loyalty to the King, Country, and People, and a spirit of lifelong learning, it serves as a platform for dialogue, knowledge sharing, and community building—strengthening a shared sense of purpose across NRC.

Tendrel Gawa

Tendrel Gawa reflects NRC’s philosophy of interdependence and collective well-being.

Inspired by Tendrel (Auspicious Interdependence) and Gawa (Joy), this initiative fosters meaningful connections through small group interactions, shared activities, and mutual support. It nurtures a culture where collaboration, belonging, and shared growth define the NRC experience.
