Norbuling Rigter College celebrated its First Foundation Day on 4 May 2019. It was graced by Honourable Dasho Dzongdag of Paro, Honourable Vice Chancellor of RUB, sector heads of Paro Dzongkhag, Doteng Gewog Thrizin and staff, NRC Board of Directors and well wishers.
The Day celebrated the establishment of the College by awarding students who shouldered leadership positions and those who excelled in academics. It will now be an annual feature.
