In the same year, she appeared for the Bhutan Civil Service Examinations (BCSE) and achieved an outstanding accomplishment by securing 2nd position in the Finance Services category.
Tsemen’s dedication, discipline, and academic excellence have paved the way for her professional career. She is currently serving as an Assistant Budget Officer at the Ministry of Finance, Department of Planning, Budget and Performance in Thimphu, where she continues to contribute to national development through her expertise in finance and planning.
